McCormick pandan extract is a convenient way to bring one of the most beloved flavors in the Philippines and Southeast Asia into your kitchen. It can be used in cakes, pastries, creams, ice creams, sorbets, jellies, puddings, milk drinks, iced tea, and coconut-based desserts. Because it is a concentrated extract, a small amount is enough to give the dish a clear pandan taste and aroma.

Tips
Shake well before use and start with a small amount – flavor extracts can be very concentrated. For homemade Buko Pandan, combine with jelly, young coconut, sweet cream, or condensed milk. For cakes and pastries, add a little to the mixture before baking for a delicate Asian aroma. Also works great in a cold milk drink with ice and coconut.
