1. General
At OOMAME, we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives quickly, carefully, and in an organized manner directly to your home.
This shipping policy details the active shipping option on the website, shipping costs, delivery times, and terms of service. The actual shipping option will be displayed at checkout according to the destination address, coverage areas, availability of the shipping system, order time, and order amount.
The policy is written in the masculine form for convenience only, but applies equally to all genders.
2. Active Shipping Option on the Website
At this stage, the active shipping option on the website is:
Fast home delivery - ₪35
Delivery is available in our service areas only, according to the coverage areas of OOMAME's shipping system.
For purchases over ₪399, fast delivery will be provided free of charge, provided that the destination address is within a supported service area and according to the shipping options that will appear at checkout at the time of order.
If the destination address is not within a supported service area, a shipping option may not appear at checkout, or it may not be possible to complete the order for that address at this stage.
Additional shipping options, including standard shipping or shipping to additional areas, may be added in the future according to the company's policy and the options that will appear on the website at the time of order.
3. Free Shipping
For purchases over ₪399 - fast delivery is on us.
The free shipping benefit is automatically updated at checkout, subject to the order amount, destination address, coverage areas, and available shipping options at that time.
It is clarified that the free shipping benefit applies only in service areas where fast delivery can actually be performed. If the address is not in a supported area, it may not be possible to complete the order for that address at this stage.
The company reserves the right to update the free shipping threshold, shipping promotions, coverage areas, and shipping terms from time to time, at its discretion and subject to the provisions of the law.
4. Delivery Times
Orders placed until 10:30 AM on business days may be delivered on the same day, subject to coverage areas, availability of the shipping system, operational loads, proper payment approval, and product availability in stock.
Delivery is made until 10:00 PM, subject to the destination address and the availability of the shipping system.
Orders placed after 10:30 AM, or orders that cannot be shipped on the same day due to operational reasons, will be processed as soon as possible on the next business day or at another close time, according to the availability of the shipping system.
Business days for the purpose of this policy are Sunday-Thursday.
Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays are not considered business days, unless otherwise stated on the website.
5. Delivery Areas
Fast delivery is available in selected areas across the country, according to the coverage areas of OOMAME's shipping system.
When ordering, a complete and accurate address must be entered. The shipping option displayed at checkout will be determined according to the entered address, order amount, order time, and service availability in that area.
We are working to gradually expand our service areas, but at this stage, we do not guarantee to provide deliveries to every locality in Israel.
6. Correct Shipping Details
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including:
Full name
Available phone number
Full address
House number, apartment number, floor, and entry code, if relevant
Special notes for the courier, if any
OOMAME will not be responsible for any delay, non-delivery, or additional cost incurred due to incorrect, missing, or inaccurate details provided by the customer.
In the event that the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect details, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the delivery, or any reason beyond the company's control, additional shipping fees may be charged for a subsequent delivery attempt, subject to the company's discretion and the provisions of the law.
7. Delays and Exceptional Events
OOMAME makes efforts to deliver orders quickly and accurately, but delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
Exceptional loads in the shipping system
Order loads on the website
Failures with the shipping company
Exceptional weather
Security events
Roadblocks or traffic restrictions
Force majeure
Inaccurate address or customer unavailability
Stock shortages or need for coordination with the customer
In case of a significant delay, an effort will be made to update the customer according to the contact details provided when placing the order.
8. Receiving the Delivery
Upon receiving the delivery, it is recommended to check that the order has been received in its entirety and that no visible damage has been caused to the packaging or products.
If a damaged, missing, incorrect, or non-conforming product is received, please contact customer service as soon as possible and attach the order number, a description of the problem, and relevant photos.
Handling of such inquiries will be carried out in accordance with OOMAME's return and cancellation policy and the provisions of the law.
9. Self-Pickup and Customer Reception

It is clarified that this is an operational and logistical warehouse only, without customer reception and without the possibility of self-pickup, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the company.
Do not arrive at the location for pickup, return, exchange, or service without prior coordination and approval.
