Product Description

This sauce is less for dipping with sushi and more for cooking itself. Its thick texture adheres well to noodles, vegetables, chicken, tofu, or beef, and its sweet and savory flavor works great in dishes like Pad See Ew, woks, and stews where both depth and a darker, shinier appearance are desired. Tips
It should be used in measured amounts, as it sweetens and colors the dish quite quickly. Note that it contains soy and wheat, and therefore contains gluten.
