Product Description

This is the kind of product whose quality you immediately feel in daily use. Yamasa soy sauce gives a clear umami depth, but maintains an elegant and not heavy profile, so it enhances a dish without overpowering it. It is very good as a dipping sauce for sushi and dumplings, but no less successful as a base for a marinade for fish, chicken or tofu, and as an ingredient that quickly enriches a stir-fry, sauce or broth. This is a Japanese soy sauce made in Japan, with 100% natural ingredients, based on water, soybeans, wheat, salt, and a natural fermentation process of about six months.

Tips
It's best to start with a measured amount and taste as you go, especially when incorporating it into marinades or sauces. It also works great when quickly mixed with ginger, garlic, sesame oil or rice vinegar, and can instantly transform into an excellent sauce for noodles, salad, vegetables or fish.
