Product Description

Marutai Kagoshima Tonkotsu Style is a quick-cook Japanese ramen, inspired by the Kagoshima ramen style from southern Japan. The broth is rich and full of umami, with a character reminiscent of tonkotsu, but in a more accessible, vegetarian version.
