The soup is suitable as a quick meal on its own, but also as a great base for homemade enhancements with vegetables, mushrooms, seaweed, green onions, tofu, eggs, or Japanese-style toppings. This is a good choice for those who want an accessible, plant-based, mild, and more precisely flavored Japanese ramen.

Tips
It is recommended to add green onions, nori or wakame seaweed, mushrooms, and tofu.
