Samyang Buldak Quattro Cheese is a Korean instant ramen from the spicy Buldak series, in an extra cheesy version. The noodles are coated in a thick, spicy Buldak-style sauce, joined by a creamy layer of four cheeses for an addictive combination of spice, saltiness, umami, and dairy richness.

This version is especially suitable for those who love Buldak's spiciness but want it creamier, rounder, and more indulgent. You can prepare it as is, or upgrade it with a soft-boiled egg, extra cheese, green onions, nori seaweed, sesame seeds, butter, corn, or a little Japanese mayonnaise for a richer bowl of noodles.

Tips
For a more balanced Buldak, start with part of the spicy sauce and gradually add more according to your spice preference. For a creamier texture, leave a little cooking water in the pot and mix well with the cheese powder and sauce. For a quick upgrade, add a soft-boiled egg, green onions, and sesame seeds.
