Sho Chiku Bai Nigori is an unfiltered sake with a milky color and smooth texture, offering a soft, round, and approachable drinking experience. Unlike clear sake, Nigori retains fine rice particles within the drink, making it feel richer, slightly sweet, and creamy.

It is especially suitable for serving cold, alongside sushi, gyoza, stir-fries, spicy dishes, Japanese curry, tempura chicken, or delicate desserts.
