Takashimizu Sake no Kuni Junmai is a classic Japanese sake from the Akita Shurui Seizoh brewery, with a clean, balanced, and pleasant-to-drink character. It is a Junmai sake, based on rice, water, and koji, emphasizing soft rice flavors, delicate acidity, and a depth especially suitable for drinking with food.

It can be served cold for a refreshing and clean sensation, at room temperature, or gently warmed for a softer and rounder texture. It pairs well with sushi, gyoza, yakitori, ramen, tofu, stir-fried vegetables, Japanese pickles, and rice dishes.
