Product Description

3mm rice sticks are one of the most useful basic products in Thai and Asian cuisine. The thin thickness allows for quick preparation and convenient integration into stir-fries, soups, cold salads, noodle bowls, and dishes with sour, sweet, salty, or spicy sauces.

They are especially suitable for homemade Pad Thai, vegetable stir-fries, noodles with chicken or tofu, light Asian soup, or noodle salad with herbs, peanuts, and lime dressing. A simple and flexible pantry product that allows you to turn a few vegetables, a good sauce, and a protein of your choice into a quick and precise Asian meal.

Tips
Don't cook them like regular pasta. It's usually better to soak them in hot water until soft, drain, and then add them to a wok or sauce for a short further cooking. For stir-fries, leave them slightly al dente so they don't fall apart in the wok. For Pad Thai, prepare all the sauce and additions in advance and only then add the noodles, as they absorb flavors quickly.
