It features an aromatic blend of lemongrass, shallots, garlic, galangal, kaffir lime, coriander, basil, and other spices, delivering a vibrant, deep, and fresh flavor from just one spoonful. The spiciness here is higher compared to yellow or Massaman curry, making it excellent for those who enjoy dishes with more intensity and sharpness.

It pairs wonderfully with coconut milk, chicken, tofu, fish, eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, and green beans, and is highly suitable for preparing 2 to 4 servings at home without having to grind and build the entire base from scratch.
