The 28 cm CutterPeeler crepe pan is designed for easy preparation of crepes, thin pancakes, blintzes, and dishes that require a wide, flat, and accessible surface. The low edges allow for easy work with a spatula, clean flipping of crepes, and better control over thickness and shape.
The pan is induction-compatible, making it suitable for modern kitchens alongside electric, ceramic, or gas hobs, according to the manufacturer's instructions. Beyond sweet crepes, it's also useful for making thin omelets, tortillas, pancakes, dosas, small flatbreads, and even gently searing rice paper for creative Asian dishes.

Thickness: 2.5 mm.
Tips
Preheat the pan over medium heat before pouring the batter.
For a thin and even crepe, pour a small amount and immediately rotate the pan to spread the batter.
Use a wide, thin spatula for easy flipping.
Also suitable for thin pancakes, omelets, blintzes, and tortillas.
It is recommended to wash gently and dry thoroughly after use.
