Product Description

Yopokki Spicy Topokki is a convenient kit for making tteokbokki at home – Korean rice cakes with a soft and chewy texture, coated in a spicy, sweet, and umami-rich sauce. This dish is strongly associated with Korean street food and works wonderfully as a light meal, a warm snack, or a base for upgrades.

Tteokbokki is especially suitable for those who love Korean spice and want a quick solution without preparing gochujang sauce from scratch. It can be prepared as is, or upgraded with egg, cheese, green onion, seaweed, ramen noodles, tofu, mushrooms, or stir-fried vegetables.

Tips
For a better texture, stir gently while heating so that the sauce coats the rice cakes evenly. If you want a less spicy dish, you can add a little water, cheese, or a soft-boiled egg. For a classic Korean upgrade, add ramen noodles, green onion, sesame seeds, and a hard-boiled egg. Love extra spicy? Add a little gochujang or chili oil at the end.
