Product Description

Shinshin Hosogiri Takuan is a classic Japanese takuan – pickled daikon radish, crispy and ready to serve. The thin cut makes it especially convenient for incorporating into rice bowls, onigiri, homemade sushi, bento, or as a small side dish with Japanese meals.

The flavor is relatively sweet-and-sour and subtle, with a pleasant crispness that balances rich, salty, or fried dishes. Tips
Serve a small amount alongside hot rice, ramen, gyoza, or Japanese curry.
