Product Description

Wakame is one of the most useful seaweeds for home cooking, especially if you enjoy preparing Japanese or Korean food. After a short soak, it softens, expands beautifully, and adds a delicate umami flavor and pleasant texture to soups, salads, and side dishes. This product contains 100% dried wakame seaweed in a 40g package, so even a small amount can last for several uses as the seaweed expands upon contact with water. The product is manufactured in China.

Tips
Soak in water for a few minutes until the seaweed softens, then drain and incorporate into miso soup, mix with sesame oil and soy sauce for a seaweed salad, or use as a topping for rice bowls, sushi, and noodles. It's advisable to start with a small amount – their volume significantly increases after soaking.
