Product Description

Its thick texture adheres nicely to ingredients, and its flavor adds a rounded depth and richer texture to the dish without needing to build a complex sauce from scratch. It works wonderfully in a wok with vegetables and meat, in stir-fried noodles, rice, marinades, and also as a small addition that connects the other flavors in the pan. Tips
It's best to add it towards the end of stir-frying and mix well, so that the sauce coats the ingredients and doesn't just sink to the bottom of the pan. It also works great in combination with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, or a little sesame oil, and can quickly elevate chicken, mushrooms, broccoli, noodles, or tofu.
