Especially suitable for Pad Thai with rice noodles, egg, bean sprouts, spring onion, tofu, chicken or shrimp. It can also be used as a quick sauce for Thai-style stir-fries when you want a fast, colorful, and flavorful dish.

Tips
It is recommended to stir-fry in a wok or wide pan over high heat.
To complete homemade Pad Thai, add bean sprouts, spring onion, egg, lime, and chopped peanuts.
Also suitable for a quick vegetable stir-fry with rice noodles or tofu.
Start with a moderate amount and add according to taste, to control the intensity of the sauce.
