This sake is especially suitable for serving chilled, alongside delicate Japanese dishes such as sushi, sashimi, fish, gyoza, tofu, steamed vegetables, edamame, and rice bowls. Thanks to its dry-smooth character, it can also be paired with light Western dishes, mild cheeses, smoked fish, and fresh salads.
