Product Description

Menma is one of the classic additions to Japanese ramen: soft, seasoned, and ready-to-serve bamboo strips that add a pleasant texture and deeper flavor to the bowl. The taste is subtly sweet and salty, seasoned with soy and sesame, making it an excellent pairing for soups, noodles, rice, and hot Asian dishes.

It is especially suitable as a topping for ramen, alongside a soft-boiled egg, green onion, seaweed, and corn, but also works wonderfully in rice bowls, stir-fries, noodle salads, and bento. It's a small, convenient item that adds a more complete Japanese feel to a dish without complex preparation.

Tips
Add on top of hot ramen just before serving.
Also suitable for rice bowls, stir-fried noodles, bento, or cold Asian salad.
Can be combined with a soft-boiled egg, green onion, sesame, and nori seaweed.
After opening, it is recommended to refrigerate and consume promptly.
