Product Description

Nongshim's Neoguri Stir-Fry is a spicy, stir-fried version of the familiar Korean noodle series. Unlike soupy ramen, this dish offers a drier result, where the sauce coats the noodles, delivering a concentrated, deep, and piquant flavor.

The noodles are thick, smooth, and chewy, reminiscent of udon, allowing them to hold the sauce well and feel more satisfying than regular instant noodles. The flavor combines Korean spiciness with a seafood-style seasoning, making it especially suitable for those who enjoy Korean noodles with body, intensity, and plenty of character.

Tips
It is recommended to drain most of the water before mixing the sauce to achieve a stir-fried rather than soupy texture.
You can add a soft-boiled egg, green onions, sesame seeds, and seaweed for a quick upgrade.
Also suitable with mushrooms, cabbage, stir-fried vegetables, or tofu.
For a milder spice, use only part of the seasoning mix.
Serve immediately after preparation, while the noodles are hot and springy.
