Product Description

A sauce that works differently from regular soy sauce. It is less for saltiness, and more for building presence - both in the appearance of the dish and its flavor. Thanks to its thick texture and deep character, it is especially suitable for beef, chicken, mushrooms, tofu, and vegetables where you want a dark glaze, a rich hue, and a more pronounced seasoning. It blends wonderfully into stews, noodle stir-fries, roasting sauces, and marinades, especially when looking for a more brilliant, deep, and restaurant-quality result. The product is manufactured in Thailand.

Tips
It is recommended to use it in precise measurements, as it both colors and deepens the flavor faster than light soy sauce. Mixing it with garlic, ginger, a little sugar, and sesame oil will provide an excellent base for a marinade or a stir-fry sauce with a stronger character.
