Product Description

Hokushika Kitaakita Nigori is a Japanese Nigori-style sake – a sake with a slightly cloudy and milky texture, clear rice flavors, and a soft, pleasant drinking sensation. It is an accessible, slightly sweet, and refreshing sake, suitable for those who want to get acquainted with sake that has more body and character than regular clear sake.

It pairs well with rich and fried Japanese dishes such as tempura, yakitori, gyoza, noodles, fish, tofu, and grilled dishes. It is recommended to serve chilled and to shake gently before pouring to unify the natural texture of the Nigori.
