Product Description

Joto Umeshu is a rich and pleasant-to-drink Japanese plum liqueur, combining plums, alcohol, brandy, sugar, and honey. The taste is sweet, fruity, and balanced, with a delicate plum tartness and a soft finish, making it an excellent aperitif or a light dessert drink.

It can be enjoyed very cold, with ice, or mixed with soda for a more refreshing drink. It is also suitable alongside desserts, fruits, delicate cheeses, sushi, light Japanese dishes, or for a Japanese-themed entertaining evening.

Alcohol: 14%.

Tips
Recommended to serve cold or on ice.
For a lighter drink, mix with soda in a 1:2 ratio or to taste.
Suitable for cocktails with soda, ginger, lemon, or yuzu.
Good alongside delicate desserts, fruits, young cheeses, and light Japanese dishes.
Contains honey, therefore not suitable for vegans.
After opening, it is recommended to keep well-sealed in a cool place, preferably in the refrigerator.
