Product Description

This is not a "general-purpose" soy sauce, but one specifically designed for stir-frying. It provides precise saltiness, a pleasant depth, and a darker hue to the dish, so even with a short stir-fry, the result looks complete and feels more cohesive. It's especially suitable for noodles, crispy vegetables, chicken, beef, or tofu, but can also work great as a base for a quick marinade or as a sauce for seasoning rice and noodles. This is a 250ml bottle, made in Thailand, kosher parve under Badatz Beit Yosef and with the approval of the Chief Rabbinate of Israel.

Tips
It is recommended to add at the end of stir-frying and mix well, so that the sauce coats the ingredients and does not just soak into the bottom of the pan. It can be combined with garlic, ginger, a little sesame oil, or chili to create a deeper sauce. Note that it contains soy and gluten, and may contain peanuts
