The compact size is especially suitable for individual crepes, blintzes, thin omelets, small pancakes, tortillas, dosa, and small flatbreads. It is induction-compatible and fits well in both everyday home kitchens and for entertaining, when a convenient, quick, and useful pan is needed.
Tips
Preheat the pan over medium heat before pouring the batter.
For a thin and even crepe, pour a small amount and immediately rotate the pan for quick spreading.
Use a wide and thin spatula for easy flipping.
Also suitable for thin omelets, blintzes, dosa, tortillas, and small pancakes.
It is recommended to wash gently and dry thoroughly after use.
