Simply mix with cold water, dip vegetables, fish, mushrooms, tofu, or other additions, and fry until golden. Also suitable for Kakiage, crispy vegetables, seafood, tofu snacks, and homemade Japanese dishes served with a dipping sauce.

Tips
For crispier tempura, mix the flour with very cold water and do not overmix.
It is recommended to leave a few small lumps in the batter - this is part of the magic of good tempura.
Fry in hot oil, around 170-180 degrees Celsius, in small batches to avoid cooling the oil.
Especially suitable for sweet potato, zucchini, mushrooms, onion, fish, shrimp, and tofu.
Serve with tentsuyu sauce, soy sauce diluted with dashi, or a little Japanese salt.
