Shirataki Jozen On The Rocks is a lighter and more accessible Japanese sake, designed to be served especially cold - preferably with ice. It maintains the clean character of Japanese sake but offers a refreshing, smooth, and less heavy experience than classic sake.

The taste is balanced, delicate, and slightly sweet, with a refreshing acidity that makes it suitable as an appetizer, for light entertaining, or paired with delicate Japanese dishes. It is especially suited for sushi, gyoza, edamame, fish, tofu, steamed vegetables, fruits, and delicate desserts.
