Product Description

Wadaman's roasted black sesame is a small addition with a lot of character. The roasting emphasizes the nutty and deep flavor of black sesame, adding both a delicate crunch and a meticulous Japanese look to dishes.

It is especially suitable for sprinkling over rice bowls, onigiri, sushi, ramen, noodles, Japanese cucumber salad, stir-fried vegetables, tofu, gyoza, and sauces based on soy or sesame oil. Thanks to its black color, it also works wonderfully in desserts, baked goods, mochi, ice cream, cookies, and matcha desserts.
