Product Description

This is a sauce designed precisely for the stage where the dish needs to "come together." Its base relies on soy, sugar, and salt, with oyster extract replaced by shiitake mushroom extract, resulting in a savory, umami, and slightly sweet flavor with good body and a rich brown color. It works wonderfully in a wok with vegetables, chicken, tofu, or noodles, but is also suitable as a quick sauce, marinade, or to enhance a stew that needs more depth without adding too many ingredients. Tips
It is recommended to add it towards the end of stir-frying and mix well, so that the sauce coats the ingredients and doesn't just remain at the bottom of the pan.
