O-Cha palm sugar is a classic Asian raw ingredient that comes in a 500g block, and is intended for cooking where a deep, balanced, and slightly caramel sweetness is desired. Unlike regular white sugar, it doesn't just sweeten the dish, but adds body, color, and character to it.

It is particularly suitable for Thai dishes and Southeast Asian classics such as Pad Thai, curries, dipping sauces, stir-fries, marinades for chicken or beef, and also for Asian desserts with coconut, sticky rice, banana, or tapioca. The block texture allows you to grate, cut, or melt the desired amount, thus better controlling the intensity of the sweetness.

Tips
