Sho Chiku Bai Nigori is an unfiltered sake with a milky appearance and a soft, smooth, and pleasant texture. The fine rice particles remaining in the drink give it a richer body than clear sake, with a delicate sweetness and creamy character.
The 375 ml bottle is suitable for those who want to try Nigori sake, for a small gathering, for a Japanese dinner at home, or for serving alongside spicy, fried, or sweet Asian dishes. It is recommended to serve very cold and shake gently before pouring.
