Product Description

Kikusui Junmai-Shu is a balanced and accessible Japanese sake, suitable for both sake connoisseurs and those who want to start with a classic and pleasant-to-drink style. This is a Junmai sake, with a clean, slightly dry character, delicate rice flavors, and pleasant acidity that pairs well with food.

It can be served chilled for a fresh and clean feel, at room temperature, or gently warmed to bring out more softness and depth. It pairs well with sushi, gyoza, yakitori, ramen, fish, tofu, stir-fried vegetables, Japanese pickles, and rice dishes.

Alcohol: 15%.

Tips
It is recommended to serve in small sake cups alongside a Japanese meal.
For a fresher serving, chill thoroughly before drinking.
On cold days, it can be gently warmed, without boiling.
Also suitable for delicate incorporation into marinades, sauces, and Japanese stews.
After opening, it is recommended to keep tightly sealed in the refrigerator and consume promptly.
