Product Description

Green curry paste is one of the most important bases in Thai cuisine, especially when looking for a rich, spicy and fragrant dish without having to grind spices from scratch. It combines green spiciness with herbs and spices that blend wonderfully with coconut milk, creating a thick, aromatic sauce full of character.

The paste is suitable for making classic green curry, but also for upgrading stir-fries, soups, marinades and sauces. Add a little to the pan, cook it in oil or the creamy part of coconut milk, combine protein and vegetables, and in a short time you will get a warm, deep and very satisfying Thai dish.

Tips
For a balanced green curry, start with a small amount of paste and gradually add according to the desired spiciness level. It is recommended to cook the paste in a pan with a little oil or with the thick layer of coconut milk before adding the rest of the liquids. It goes great with coconut milk, Thai basil, eggplants, green beans, chicken, tofu or fish.
