Blue Elephant's Tom Kha paste is a convenient shortcut to preparing one of the most beloved soups in Thai cuisine. Tom Kha is a delicate, creamy, and aromatic Thai coconut soup, combining fresh acidity, rich seasoning, and Thai herb flavors.

The paste is suitable for quick home preparation with coconut milk, water or broth, and for combining with chicken, tofu, mushrooms, vegetables or noodles. It gives the soup depth and a distinct Thai flavor without the need to separately gather all the aromatic ingredients.
