Product Description
A classic Junmai style sake, one that doesn't try to be showy but is simply pleasant and precise. It has a calm character, a delicate taste, and a structure that is easy to return to again, making it suitable for both daily drinking and serving alongside Japanese food and other delicate dishes. One of its beautiful advantages is its flexibility – when served cold it feels sharper and more defined, and when served warm it becomes softer and rounder. This is a 300ml bottle, with 15% alcohol, produced in Japan from rice sourced in Yamagata.
Tips
It is recommended to try it both cold and warm to see which style you prefer. It will work well alongside sushi, fish, tempura, rice dishes, and Japanese food with clean flavors that do not overpower the drink
