Nongshim's Soon Veggie Ramyun is a convenient vegetarian Korean ramen, perfect for those moments when you want a warm, delicious, and quick bowl without too much effort. The broth is based on vegetable flavors and relatively mild Korean seasoning, and the noodles maintain a springy and pleasant texture.

It's suitable as a quick meal on its own, but also as a great base for upgrades at home. You can add mushrooms, bok choy, spinach, tofu, egg, corn, green onions, or a little sesame oil, and get a richer bowl of ramen in a few minutes.

Tips
For an upgraded preparation, add mushrooms, tofu, green onions, and green vegetables.
You can add an egg at the end of cooking for a richer texture.
For spice lovers, add gochugaru, sriracha, or chili oil.
It is recommended not to overcook the noodles to maintain a springy texture.
