Product Description

Igarashi Hakata Tonkotsu is an instant Japanese ramen, inspired by the familiar Hakata style from Japan. The broth is rich, deep, and creamy in character, with prominent umami flavors that are suitable for those who prefer less spicy ramen that is more well-rounded, savory, and comforting.

The noodles blend well with the broth, creating a ramen bowl that is simple to prepare, yet offers a more Japanese and refined feel than regular instant noodles. It is suitable as a quick meal on its own, or as a base for upgrading with an egg, green onions, mushrooms, corn, seaweed, tofu, or sliced meat.

Tips
It is recommended to add a soft-boiled egg, green onions, and corn to the bowl in a Japanese ramen style.
You can upgrade with mushrooms, nori or wakame seaweed, sprouts, and tofu.
For a deeper flavor, cook the noodles directly in the broth according to the preparation instructions.
Serve very hot, immediately after preparation.
Store in a dry and cool place.
