OOMAME - My Asian Marketplace, operated by Brainfood Ltd., Company No. 516875655, considers it of utmost importance to make its website and digital services accessible to the entire public, including people with disabilities.
We believe that every person deserves the opportunity to browse, receive information, make purchases, and contact customer service in a respectful, convenient, independent, and equal manner as much as possible.
The website operates in a Shopify environment, and we make ongoing efforts to improve the website's accessibility, comply with relevant legal requirements, and provide an accessible and clear user experience for all users.
2. Website Accessibility Level
The website was built and operates with the aim of complying with the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service), 5773-2013, and in accordance with the recommendations of Israeli Standard IS 5568 for internet content accessibility at AA level, based on WCAG guidelines.
It is possible that some of the content, components, or services on the website have not yet been fully made accessible, and we continue to work to improve, correct, and adapt the website as much as possible.

Despite efforts to make all pages, services, and content on the website accessible, some parts may not yet be fully accessible or may not be fully accessible.
Possible limitations may arise, among other things, from:

- Payment, shipping, review, or customer service systems not under our full control

It should be clarified that this is only an operational and logistical warehouse, with no public reception and no possibility of self-collection, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the company.
Therefore, at this stage, there is no physical public reception activity at the site, and a description of accessibility arrangements for public reception at the location is not required.
